As the first point of contact for new clients, you’ll play a key role in shaping the client experience and helping those in need access life-changing legal support.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and conduct initial client intakes
- Collect and input case details into the firm’s case management system
- Assess case eligibility based on firm criteria
- Schedule consultations and follow-ups for legal staff
- Communicate with empathy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Experience in customer service or legal intake is a plus
Senior Litigation Paralegal
Impact
You will work directly with attorneys to support high-value personal injury litigation, helping to move complex cases toward resolution or trial with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery
- Calendar deadlines and manage litigation timelines
- Prepare trial binders and deposition materials
- Draft pleadings, subpoenas, and motions
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience

Workers’ Compensation Case Manager

Responsibilities
- Handle client communication and case updates

- Coordinate medical treatment and evaluations

Senior Personal Injury Case Manager
Impact
As a Senior PI Case Manager at Rahnama Law, you’ll play a key role in managing high-volume personal injury cases from intake to settlement. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure every case progresses smoothly, efficiently, and with care.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases
- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Obtain and organize medical records, police reports, and billing documentation
- Draft demand letters and settlement documentation
- Track treatment progress and update case files
- Assist attorneys in case strategy, documentation, and negotiations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in personal injury case management

Senior Lien Negotiator

As a Senior Lien Negotiator, you will be instrumental in protecting client settlements by negotiating and reducing medical and third-party liens. Your ability to build rapport with providers and argue effectively on behalf of clients directly impacts their net recovery and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate medical and third-party liens in personal injury cases
- Negotiate lien reductions with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and government agencies (e.g., Medi-Cal, Medicare)
- Draft lien resolution documents and maintain accurate records of all negotiations
- Collaborate with attorneys and case managers on settlement disbursements
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with lien resolution protocols
- Maintain strong professional relationships with medical providers and lienholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of lien negotiation experience, preferably in personal injury law
- Familiarity with Medi-Cal, Medicare, ERISA, and provider liens
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a large volume of lien files
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
